Well, I guess we are about half way through the course and I have been lucky enough to have some really talented students with me. There are one or two who I believe could make a career out of illustration and cartoon.
I was asked if I could interrupt the course one week and ask the students to produce self portraits for Face Britain a UK wide project run by the Prince’s Foundation for Children and the Arts. A lot of the work will be hung at Dulwich Picture Gallery and HRH The Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and the Duchess of Cambridge will be making an official visit to Dulwich Picture Gallery on Thursday 15th March.

I created this caricature of Prince Charles, I wonder if I should present it to him or….would I be beheaded? That’s ok, it will save me having to buy a new pair of glasses!!
