About Craylands School, Author/Illustrator Book Week Visit

Author/Illustrator Book Week visits are always so much fun, and my visit to Craylands School was no exception.

What a lovely crowd of very enthusiastic, positive and very able children.

I think I held a workshop for every year in the school. It was quite exhausting lugging my materials from one class room to another. But didn’t they make it worth it with some wonderful enthusiastic greetings.

Thank you children and the lovely teachers for making my day so much fun.

Next door to Craylands School is a lovely park area where the original Swanscombe man (in fact woman) was found. She is estimated to be between 200,000 and 300,000 years old. Wow! In fact I suspect the children think I am as old as Swanscombe man!!

I hope to see you all again soon.
